Shipping policy

After you place you order and the payment goes through, we will ship your item within 3-5 working days to the adress which you left when check out. 

Each package has the tracking number, which we will provide to you. You will be able to track the movement of your package at the tracking sites. (For example, at www.17track.com )

The packages are shipped via Ukrainain post and after they pass the customs control and leave Ukraine they are delivered to you by your local postal service (for example, US post in the Untited States).

The shipping from Ukraine to Europe takes about 3 weeks in general.

The shipping from Ukraine to US, Australia, Canada usually takes about 4 weeks. 

But for the reasons, which are not under our controll (such as long customs checkout, logistics difficulties, Christmas holidays rush etc) it may take longer, sometimes up to 2 month.
