Copper hare which I was making thinking about the famous mad hare from the book. Do you have same flashback when you look at it?
The hat was tricky, but very interesting to make. I like how it turned out. And I love the steampunky look, even though I have not used any watch parts this time.
The eyes and the nose are garnets, the tongue is red coral. The teeth are seed beads. The ears are agates.
I used string flexible string for the whiskers. They are well secured and can be shaped a bit with your nails.
I have not picked between a chain or a suede cord for it maybe...Hope, the one who buys it makes the choice and I will be happy to adjust the length. It will be attached to the ears with 2 copper jump rings.
