In their fantasy world they travel like this from flower to flower, from one berry bush to another. And each plant has it's mini life in there! 🐌🌱🌷
I was making this clock world for many hours and used a lot of techniques.
First I made the snail of copper wire and ammonite shell using wire wrapping and torch soldering. The tiny house is also hand cut and soldered and it has a little round abalone shell in the window.
Then I created the inner wire support for all the details to be attached to it when time comes.
After that I hand cut the copper ferns and soldered them to their stems.
The hardest part was to make the light! I did all the wire soldering with the hot iron and was very excited to realize that it worked just perfect!
Behind the snail and the ferns there is a black copper backround with some green stars on it. You will be able to see them but it was hard for me to capture them on camera.
The clock is small and light weight. It can be put anywhere in the house, but please avoid the wet places like bathroom etc. Do not leave outside in the sun or when it is raining or freezing cold.
